"For further development of the Russian-British relations to spend in 2014 Year of the Russian culture in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and Year of the British culture in the Russian Federation" - it is said in the document.

Earlier in April Putin signed the order about carrying out year of the Russian culture in Great Britain and Northern Ireland and year of the British culture in Russia.

The Government of the Russian Federation has to form organizing committee for carrying out year of culture and also provide development of the plan of the main actions, the decree says.
