When I worked with group of young triatlet, Stewart Nyyubi-Freyzer (the brother of the seven-time champion of Ironman Hawaii Paula Nyyubi-Freyzer) watched us. Upon termination of occupation Stewart approached me, having become interested in a pozny method and having decided to get acquainted with it closer.

Most of runners, triatlet and other enthusiasts of sport have high motivation. Such people are very active and always believe that they can make still something for increase in the efficiency.

Non-performance of the wrong things is so important for achievement of success, as well as performance of correct. Nikolay Romanov, the author of a pozny method, tells about when it is better "to do nothing":

At the very beginning of our lesson Stewart's disappointment was obvious. What it did, I constantly corrected it: "do not do it, do not do that". It seemed regardless of the fact that I spoke, the first word always was "not". Eventually Stewart who is finally angered stopped, looked me fool in the face and told: "A nickname, you really ask me to do nothing?"

In a case with a pozny method of run something bigger, than you can make - nothing! That, of course, it is not so easy as it seems. Being programmed to make everything for achievement of the best result, it is difficult to imagine that the best result can be achieved only at elimination of excess activity. To run in the best way, we have to bring to naught everything that does not promote advance of a body forward.

In a pozny method of run the way to success is in allowing events to happen, but not to force them to occur. You remember: gravitation - force which is more powerful, than everything that we can make. Therefore we have to allow it to advance us, spending energy only for such simple action as a foot separation from a support.

"do nothing a concept" it was entered by me on collecting which I carried out in June, 1996 in the American camp on development of a junior thriathlon in Geynsvilla, Florida.
